You retain ownership of any notes, logs, or content you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for providing the Service.
Location-Based Features
Certain features such as Salah time calculation and Qibla direction require access to your device’s location. Location access is optional and used only when you actively use those features. We do not track your location in the background.
Donations
Donations are completely voluntary and do not provide any additional features, content, or advantages within the Service.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, and we do not store full payment details.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Service are owned by or licensed to Quflik. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without permission.
Religious Content Disclaimer
The Service provides Quranic content, translations, and tools for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors. Users are encouraged to verify religious matters through qualified scholars when necessary.
Account Termination
You may request account deletion at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
